We Send You a Purchase and Sales Agreement
Once we have come to an agreement on a sales price, we will prepare a basic land purchase and sales agreement. This is typically sent to you via email. Once both parties have signed, we send it off to the title company. We work with a very established title company. The title company will verify that the property has a clear title. At this time a closing date will be set in place. You will be paid in full at the time of closing.
