The Permit Process

The Permits
The Department of Natural Resources requires a Forest Practice permit before any harvest can take place. If planning to build or develop your property, there may be other permits required.
Time
The FPA can take a minimum of 30 days to be approved so we will base our future timeline on that. Note that the permit may take longer but we do our best to make the process go quickly and smoothly.
